Dylan is the founder, director and lead software developer for Tech
Tools for Justice. Dylan is a self-taught programmer and a former
tenant organizer with a background in the humanities, majoring in
Global & International Studies at the College of Wooster. Dylan's
academic and professional interests include geography & GIS
application development, urban studies, history, sociology, Spanish
language and Latin America.
Jack Klika | Infrastructure Partner & Strategic Advisor
Jack manages technical infrastructure and advises on technical and
regional strategy. He specializes in cloud technologies, software
practices, and mutually beneficial partnerships. Jack has worked
professionally across politics, finance, manufacturing, and
astrophysics, advising and building software systems.
Ethan Jantz | Data Science Partner & Strategic Advisor
Ethan is a data scientist and engineer providing analytical support
and advising on technical strategy. He has experience in housing
policy research with a focus on tenant issues and holds a Master's
degree in Civic Analytics from the University of Illinois. Ethan has
worked professionally in government, academia, and nonprofits
advising on data strategy and improving data infrastructure.
